Etymologically Bangalore is the anglicized version of the kannada word Bengaluru...
This history goes back to ages.. but the city came to official existence in 1537 when KempeGowda
Built a fort and made it a province of the Vijayanagar empire.
There are many more title's for this bangalore. Previously famous as garden city of India, Pensioners paradise of the world... is now the silicon valley of India and the IT capital.
Now its not only ahead in the computers, electronics, telecommunication, research... but these days it is also marked for its increasing crime rate, accidents and politics mishappenings and now also have added in the target list for the terrorist attacks...
